Nashville native Bryan Little graduated with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Belmont University. Since 1991, Bryan has enjoyed using his position as a Loan Officer in the mortgage industry to educate individuals and families to manage one of the largest financial decisions most people will ever make make. Bryan has his Mortgage Originators license in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Louisiana. He has continued his studies of the financial markets to better equip his clients to make more informed decisions regarding locking in on rates and total cost of borrowing over time. He is currently the Vice-President for the Middle Tennessee Business Connectors and his branch has received an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Bryan works with you to integrate sound financial planning into the mortgage process ultimately resulting in the best loan program and interest rate for your needs. He has partnered with a Developer/Builder on a 200 unit condominium project and helped obtain FNMA and FHA approval for the project. He closed 90% of the units sold. Bryan specializes in Renovation, Construction and First-time home buyers programs.
Michele graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Mount Vernon, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education. After teaching High School Math on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona, she moved to TN, fell in love with Nashville and decided this was where she and her husband wanted to raise their family. Michele transitioned from Customer Service with a corrugated packaging company to the mortgage industry in 2005. Since that time she’s been processing loans for clients with homes located in TN, FL, AL, KY, LA and CA. Her skills in education and customer service are useful in helping clients understand the loan process and answering any questions they may have about their loan, both on the prequalification side of the process and all the way to closing. The mortgage industry is constantly changing and it is important to have someone that can keep up with changing guidelines and regulations. She excels at anticipating any potential hurdles and researching the need for any additional documentation that may make the loan process move more quickly during the underwriting phase.
Having been in the financial industry since 1999, Jessica brings a unique blend of operations and compliance to our team. She uses her experience to provide a smooth mortgage approval experience. Jessica verifies every item on the loan application, prepares files for underwriting, clears all approval conditions and certifies all figures for the closing department to draw loan documents.
Donetta Little is a native Nashvillian and married to Bryan. She graduated from Belmont University with a double major in Accounting and Information Systems Management. Her experience in accounting and management was gained at Vanderbilt Medical Center before becoming more involved at Element Funding. She is the behind the scenes person who does the accounting, marketing and everything else for our Mt. Juliet office to run smoothly.
