Bryan Little is unlike most lenders in the industry as we provide a Full Time Loan Concierge assigned to assist our clients and partners through the process of purchasing or refinancing. This is in addition to traditional processing and loan originator assignments.


Tuesday Updates- Each week our Loan Concierge provides a weekly status update to our clients and all involved in the transaction keeping everyone on the same page each week until closing. Additional updates are provided at other times during the process, however, we like to make sure all bases are covered on a regular weekly expectation.

On Time Closing Guarantee- It is that simple!  If you provide documents as requested within 48 hours throughout the process, and we agree to your date at time of application, we will close on time or you pay no lender origination fee! (some restrictions apply)

Pre-Closing Package- One of the lending industry's most common complaints is that clients are not prepared for closing.  Knowing this, we have all of our clients documents they will see at closing emailed to them 72 hours in advance of the closing date to ensure for a smooth close.  

Moving Administration- As part of our extended service for clients purchasing we also include administrative assistance by setting up lawn care, utilities, water, and more.  For clients relocating to the Nashville area from another city be sure to ask about our special savings for dinner and hotel needs.

Trailing- Spouse Employment Assistance- Due to many of our business partner relationships and our on-going effort to maximize our Human Resource relationships with employers of existing clients, we have many ways to promote your resume to our partners. Please let us know if we can be of assistance in this area. 

Annual Review- As a part of on-going service we check in with our clients each year to review details to make sure goals are met.  We review mortgage balances, payoff goals, PMI (private mortgage insurance) removal, equity line needs, tax filing advantages and more regardless of your current servicer.

Travel Planning Assistance- We also provide executive planning for your next luxury vacation with special discounts for all clients and partners.  As many relocate to the Nashville area we felt it was important to cater to those needs and more. We have invested efforts to assist you with hotel accommodations, flights, cruises and vacations.

Courtesy Lawn Care- We know moving in can be a lot of work!  That is why we provide your first lawn cut as a courtesy.  It is our way of saying welcome home. We provide this service at your request ($35 maximum) up to 14 days before or after closing.

Seller's Preferred Lender- For our Realtors and clients who need to sell a home and use us for the purchase financing, we have a wonderfully designed finance option flyer to place in the home or to hand out to potential buyers.  We offer on average $1,000 off closing costs for the buyer of our clients' home as incentive and as your preferred lender.  Realtors can sign up your home by contacting one of our team members.
